Selling out to Joja is a lot more fun than most people make it out to be, and definitely not the soul death some redditors would have you believe. After all, is it really better to exploit junimos to fix up the town in ways that benefit you personally in exchange for resources they don't seem to have a use for? And when you go blue, you don't have to worry about finding that elusive red cabbage. What's not to like?
Well, for one there's not a lot of content original to Joja in the vanilla game. In fact, the NPCs don't even notice Joja fixing up the town. Fortunately, there are mods that make selling out both fun and profitable. :D
Story and Dialogue
Joja Immersion - NPCs now notice and comment on Joja making improvements to the town. An absolute must for any Joja run, and compatible with SVE (as of SVE 1.13).
Stardew Valley Expanded - Adds multiple new NPCs who work at Joja, complete with heart events, and even a Joja-specific storyline with a very different path from the usual story.
Juliet and Jessie the Joja Clerks - Adds two new NPCs who work at Joja, both of whom are not only very well written but seamlessly fit into the town while being distinct personalities.
Abigail and Juliet Prank the JojaMart - Adds a fun storyline in which Abigail teams up with Juliet to torment Morris.
Crops and Animals
Joja Seeds - Joja sells bio-engineered seeds that are improvements on the originals in various ways, such as having shorter growth times, more chances of extra crops at harvest, or can be grown in multiple seasons. Also adds some new heirloom crops for Pierre.
Asters Fruit Trees as Crops - Joja has developed miniature versions of fruit trees that can be planted and grown just like regular crops.
Joja Takeover - Adds multiple Joja-themed crops and artisan goods.
Beelzebard's Joja Beasts - Adds Joja's newest livestock line, 4 types of beasts that produce joja cola daily and 4 new flavors (bluu, lite, ziing, and glo) at higher affection levels.
Items
Joja Cola Speed Buff - Get a speed boost from drinking cola.
Joja Cola Expanded - Adds in 35+ variants of Joja Cola into the game, with varied effects, designs, and lore, obtainable from stores, trash, and fishing.
Joja Cola Restock - Adds a variety of new sodas to the game, most of which can be accessed from the vending machine in the Saloon.
Shopping
Joja Clearance Bin - Adds a bin selling random seeds and produce, including out-of-season items. Joja members get a 10% discount.
Lore-Friendly JojaMart Prices - Changes the prices at JojaMart so they are in fact cheaper. Very configurable.
Joja Plans Ahead - Joja will stock the next season's seeds 1, 3, or 7 days ahead of time so that you can be ready to go on Day 1.
JojaFinancial - The smart and caring financial geniuses at JojaCo's Financial department want to help you get the furniture you need to make that farmhouse into a cozy and inviting place to come to after a hard days work! With a Joja Financial furniture loan, you can get your furniture and wallpaper catalogs right away and not pay a single gold until the Fall.
Joja Express - Adds an online shopping service provided by Joja Market, where you can buy whatever you want from the online market and it'll be automatically delivered after a short time.
Joja Groceries Upgrade - Adds 81 items to the Joja store ranging from produce (regardless of season because Walma- I mean Joja would be able to get strawberries whenever they wanted), to basic foods, to some gardening supplies with prices set based off iridium quality goods.
Krobus Sells Vinegar - The title says Krobus, but Joja also sells vinegar to players wishing to boycott Pierre, the game's only vanilla source of the ingredient.
Joja Blackmarket - Lurking in the tunnel is a dealer ready to sell you gems, artifacts, and Joja seeds - at a premium price, of course.
Sam & Vincent's Cola Shop - Buy Joja Cola and a couple different recipes using the drink in addition to supporting Vincent's quest to be an entrepreneur.
Aesthetics
Joja Barn and Coop Interior - Makes animal housing look more modern and Joja supply chain approved.
Joja Beds - Sleep under the blue!
Joja Farmhouse or Joja Living - Both turn the farmhouse into a Joja-themed small unit that doesn't change size with upgrades but does gain more Joja-themed decorations and clutter. Joja Living also retextures the coop exterior to match.
Joja's Appearance Greenhouse - Changes the exterior of the ruined greenhouse to a construction site and the fixed greenhouse to a Joja-themed elevator.
Joja's Recolor Farm House - Change the farmhouse frame color, staircase color, and pillars to Joja blue.
Joja's Extended Cellar - Enlarges the cellar and gives it a blue Joja-themed makeover.
Joja's Extended Barn - Like above but for the barn interior.
Joja's Extended Coop - Like above but for the coop interior.
Joja's Extended Slime Hutch - You guessed it, like above but for the slime hutch interior.
Joja's Extended Greenhouse - What a surprise! It's like above but for the greenhouse interior.
Joja Bus - Seeing as how Joja were the ones who fixed the bus for Pelican Town, it's only fair that it bears their branding now. Recolors the bus to Joja blue with seasonal touches and also adds a new bus interior.
Junimos
Joja Hut - Jojamo Junimo Robot Retexture - Who needs unreliable "forest" "spirits" when you can instead use the latest in robot technology to harvest your crops?
Junimo Woods - The junimos left the community center for their natural home, the woods. Don't you feel better now?
Junimo Dialog - Choose to make the junimos you "hired" to work on your farm have attitude (or not).
Other
Joja Mart Music - Gives the Joja Mart map its own unique music suitable for a big supermarket.
Joja Lottery - Adds a lottery machine to JojaMart where you can buy lottery tickets and potentially win some money. Try your luck!
JojaBox - Subscription Box - Subscribes the farmer to JojaBox, a subscription service that provides weekly or monthly tickets which can be swapped for various items depending on the subscription type.
Configurable Bundle Costs - Change the cost of developing the town to be easier or harder as you like.
