For the Playtesting as a Modder list, I would also recommend the following:

• Chat Commands, so you can enter debug commands in the chat instead of needing to switch to the SMAPI command console
• Instant Pets, so you can speed through getting a cat/dog and the farm cave while testing
• Self Service, so you can test shops without the shopkeeper there
• Special Orders Anywhere, so you don't have to trek all the way to the board for special orders. Also works for bulletin board quests!
• Reset Terrain Features, especially useful for map testing
