Every dateable character in Stardew may be canonically bisexual, but for all the guys, gals, and nonbinary pals who want to queer up their playthrough a little more, may I recommend the following mods?

Gender Neutrality Mod

This mod allows you to freely customize and/or remove gendered words and pronouns from dialogue involving your farmer. The flexibility of the fill-in type text boxes is great no matter the pronouns or terminology you use for your character; from a they/them nonbinary farmer to a gnc neopronouns user!
Gender-Neutral Ridgeside Village

Platonic Partners and Friendships

For the aromantics among us, this mod lets you choose vanilla dateable characters to BFF and allows you to get up to 14 hearts with them without being married/romantically involved. Also rewrites their heart events to be platonic rather than romantic.

Into polyamory? This mod allows you to date, marry, and smooch as many spouses as you think you can handle. (Also allows them to smooch each other!) Includes a rewrite of the group 10-heart events to be polyamory-friendly.
Multiple Spouse Dialogs

If you're into multiple spouses, you're going to want this mod as well, which allows your spouses to have dialogue with each other. Also excellent for the shipper in all of us. Includes a Shane/Harvey set of dialogue by Celty which is delightful.

You've probably already heard of Ridgeside, but in case you needed more reasons to get it: Jeric is equally flirtatious regardless of your farmer's gender, Lenny explicitly has a former relationship with another woman, Sean is explicitly trans, Kiarra is lesbian-leaning and butch, and there's a lesbian couple (but telling you who would be spoilers ;) )
