Recommendations: Non-Human Farmer Mods
A list of mods for people who want to play as a farmer that's a little mystical, a bit magical, or just a touch odd, and definitely not 100% human. The list is divided into three parts, Base Edits, Items, and Fashion Sense Packs. Base Edits
These mods edit the base player sprite, so multiple mods in this category (with a few exceptions) cannot be used together as they alter the same assets.
Expressive Elf Ears

Expressive Elf Ears gives the farmer large elf ears that move up and down when using tools or showing emotion.
MythicPhoenix's Elven Farmer
Author: MythicPhoenix
MythicPhoenix's Elven Farmer gives the farmer narrow elf ears and adds a selection of long hairstyles to show them off.
Curvy Girl

Curvy Girl has the option of giving the farmer elf, mermaid, or pixie ears as well as a selection of fairy or bird wings. There is also the option of having a mermaid tail which is visible on stormy days or while swimming using the Swim mod. Only available if the female body type is selected and includes automatic changes to increase the farmer's chest size.
Whimsical Girl

Whimsical Girl has the option of giving the farmer elf, mermaid, or pixie ears as well as a selection of fairy or bird wings. Only available if the female body type is selected. Unlike Curvy Girl, Whimsical Girl does not include the body edits.
Farmer Has Wing

Farmer Has Wing gives the farmer one of various butterfly, bird, bat or other wing options. If the "Wing change" option is enabled, the mod will change the horse so that the farmer appears to be flying instead of riding. Note: This is a DIY CP mod, so the assets and the code are downloaded separately and assembled manually. Please read the instructions carefully.
Anthro Farmer Continued (Furry Player Mod)

Anthro Farmer Continued (Furry Player Mod) changes the farmer to an anthropomorphic canine, with ears and a tail added to the hairstyles spritesheet. You can delete the farmer base files if you'd like to just use the ears and tail.
Beard and Hair pack
Author: Undare
Beard and Hair pack, despite the name, also includes an option for one of three styles of tail. Can be used with other mods that alter the player sprite.
Fall Creatures

Fall Creatures changes the farmer's head to look like one of 5 Halloween monster options.
Palette Swap Skin Tones
Author: SugarPointFive
Palette Swap Skin Tones changes the skintones to match various vanilla characters, monsters, and items, including two semi-transparent options matching the green and purple slimes. Can be used with other mods that alter the player sprite.
Items
These mods add non-human features as new hats and can be used with custom hairstyles or player base edits.
Long Elf Ears Recolours

Long Elf Ears Recolours (Original) / (JA Version) adds a selection of elf ears matching the vanilla skintones as new hats. CJB Item Spawner is required to obtain them.
Cat Ear Reskins

Cat Ear Reskins adds a number of recolours of the vanilla Cat Ears item as new hats. Options include colours to match each of the vanilla marriage candidates.
Devilish Horns

Devilish Horns adds 7 different types of horns in various colours as new hats. CJB Item Spawner is required to obtain them.
Horns as Headgears

Horns as Headgears replaces some of the vanilla hats with 5 different styles of animal horns either with or without vines and flowers.

These mods require Fashion Sense, a framework that allows for custom accessories and hairstyles.
