Master Farmer Template

Overview

If you are looking to try your hand at making custom farmer sprites, either through editing the Character Tilesheets via Content Patcher or creating new clothes via Json Assets, the following set of links provides a correctly formatted and visually enhanced guides of each tilesheet. There is also a version for decorative tilesheets and spring objects found on the Master Decoration Template page.

The site is a blog from naver, however it isn't part of the cafe, so anyone can access it and it's downloads. This modder, delotti, provides several types of in depth tutorials on her blog but it is all in Korean. She provides a lot of pictures however, so do check out the rest of her blog (link to her masterpost is located at the bottom of the page, and then after clicking the right arrow until you see a blog title with a date on it. The date will read YY.MM.DD).

Main Description

On her page are several images, showing what you will find in each downloadable folder. Pngs and downloads are organised by type, and labeled in English. Delotti's Character Templates. In each download, there is a zipped file containing pngs in the correct dimensions for the tilesheet being edited. Below are translations for each png file/subfolder name:

Images are upscaled for visibility. It is a colour-coded grid, divided into borders to indicate where edits should be confined to including farmer models. This grid is a specific example of the accessories.png located in Content/Characters/Farmer folder path.

Images are upscaled and cropped for visibility. Grids are divided by two different colours, marking borders from one area to the next. Models in two different skintone palettes are place as a frame of reference for drawing the hair. This grid is a specific example for the hairstyle.png located in Content/Characters/Farmer.
